Takashi Kako Piano Solo Concert 2026
In recent years, he has performed frequently with the Kako Takashi Quartet and orchestras, and in 2026, fulfilling his desire to "solo is the essence," he will take to the stage for the first time in a long while with a "solo" performance entirely on a single piano.
It has been over 50 years since his debut in Paris.
A highlight of this program will be a look back at his journey to date, centered around epoch-making pieces.
He is truly known as the "poet of the piano," as he creates pieces in which every note from his heart is written down, resonating with unparalleled beauty.
