The 3rd movement starts with the low-range, and the beginning of the transition to the mid-range and high-range instruments makes us feel something. And as the tempo gets faster, there is lively music played by the soprano saxophone, expanding and becoming more powerful, and entering the 4th movement with Attacca.
In the 4th movement, after the flute cadenza, a melancholy phrase appears by the clarinet and alto saxophone, and the majestic music of the 1st movement is reproduced and ends powerfully.
